    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and maintain financial infrastructure, systems, and procedures by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Provide oversight and control of the purchase ledger, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier payments and invoice management.
    • Utilise KPIs to drive team performance, ensuring timely completion of KPI reports for stakeholders
    • Oversee the Sales Ledger, aiming to minimize bad debt write-offs
    • Ensure financial arrangements align with company decisions through collaboration with senior stakeholders
    • Deputise during absences, ensuring timely delivery of management accounts, forecasts, and reports.

    About You

    • ACA/ACCA/CIMA/AAT Qualified with relevant experience
    • Able to effectively lead and mentor a team
    • Experience in running an operational finance team, ensuring the day-to-day runs smoothly and efficiently
    • Ability to prioritise workloads and work within deadlines
    • Desire for continuous improvement within processes and procedures
