    We're looking for a passionate and driven E-Commerce expert to expand our presence in online marketplaces outside Amazon for EMEA, explore other E-Commerce opportunities (Social commerce, Live commerce) and collaborate closely with partners to amplify our growth.

    We'll rely on you to seek out new E-Commerce opportunities beyond Amazon with a focus on marketplaces, actively drive change within the company's capabilities and leverage regional support for strategy, terms negotiation & trade marketing activity planning to unlock potential opportunities.

    You'll successfully collaborate with sales and marketing - on both a regional and local level - to deliver best in class sales activation and promotional strategies.

    Build, develop and amplify Whitespace Online Marketplaces outside of Amazon for Europe to capitalize from big opportunities on emerging platforms.

    TikTok Shop) and other E-commerce trends
    Work with Digital media teams to expand Digital media and sales test & learn models
    Work closely with partners to ensure mutual collaboration, sales growth and inventory optimization
    Monitor and analyze marketplace metrics to identify trends and sales opportunitiesSupplying and challenging decision makers with KPIs, data, insightsto enable quick alignment on strategy adoptionKeep business updated on highlights/learnings to ensure we are adopting and amplifying the whitespace
    Bachelor/ Master/ Diploma desirable.
    Demonstrable experience in Retail/FMCG/Sales/Marketing with proven experience dealing with Amazon/E-Commerce & Digital Marketing (2-3 years) in a multinational environment
    Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
    Agility, adaptability and emotional Intelligence.
    Good project management skills and accountability
    Understanding of online/digital metrics
    Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
    Fluent in English
