- Supporting portfolio managers with end to end processes of Equity and Fixed Income Corporate Action events
- Processing all fees, rebates and brokerage for sales team
- Identifying actions & ensuring all safeguards are in place
- Monitoring IBOR
- Identify, escalate & resolve risk
- Liaising with all internal stakeholders & relevant teams
- Daily reconciliations
- Proven Corporate Actions experience within Financial Services buy side is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, able to work effectively prioritising multiple tasks
- Strong and effective communicator at all levels
- Good team worker sharing knowledge effectively and showing a flexible work approach
- Working knowledge of the following asset classes; Equity/Fixed Income may be considered
- Computer literate with strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills
- Self-starter with a dynamic "can do" attitude with a strong desire to make things happen
