- Looking for experience in IT End User Assets (such as Laptop, Desktop, Mobile device) management experience
- Outstanding customer experience required in this role
- Understand the importance of asset data and required attributes
- Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) is a must to interact with stake holders as well as Vendors ( Local and English)
- Create recommendations on how to better manage and reconcile inventory and reporting
- Make sure the assets are updated in the inventory and present whenever required immediately to stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple vendors from Global Locations
- Respond to request from end users, managers, team members for asset management data information
- Preparation of various reports and timely distribution to stakeholders
- Should be able to do advanced search and gather proactive inputs.
