This is a truly amazing career opportunity to join BSI's senior leadership team as our Global business Excellence Director.
This will be a pivotal role in maximising the performance of our people and processes, ensuring the services we provide our clients remain excellent whilst driving continual improvement.
The role will work as part of the global assessment and system certification leadership team, you will be a key person in driving collaborative relationships with all other functions within the business, with the primary aim of supporting and delivering business and people growth.
To analyse current operational performance and key performance indicators across all marketsDevelop on-going monitoring of operational effectiveness, global operational dashboard.
Planning and implementing strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Define and deliver short-, medium- and long-term operational improvement projects.
Support and contribute to relevant global initiatives at group level as directed by the business.
Contribute to the global assessment and system certification leadership team, including the development of the business line strategy and providing operational insights.
IT, Innovation, Finance, People, Legal and in full collaboration with the relevant Compliance and Technical teams.Proven and consistent experience of business improvement process leadership
Business acumen with good analytical skills
Proven leadership and people management experience at a senior level
Excellent understanding of operational delivery and planning processes
Excellent organizational/planning and project skills
Business improvement tools and methodologies – six sigma, lean
