- Collaborating effectively with other directors across the business, owners, consultants including brokers and financial analysts.
- MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualification.
- Proven experience in trade-related valuation, preferably within the hotel industry.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines consistently.
- Additional certifications or qualifications related to hotel valuation or property appraisal.
