Maintenance Engineer - Facilities Management - Hard FM - Central London

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge?

My client is a market leading facilities management organisation, who due to new contract wins are seeking a Maintenance Engineers to join there onsite maintenance teams based in corporate office across Central London.

Key Duties Include:

Working in a Teams of 3 x Maintenance Engineers
Responding to any reactive and the planned maintenance to plant throughout the building such as: Completing log books, FCUs – (Replacing Motors, Valves, Controls), AHUs, Pumps, Motors, Lighting & Emergency Lighting, Plumbing repairs, Electrical task (Ballasts, Batteries, Small Installs), L8 Water Hygiene Tasks
Ensure strong communication clients
Manage workload accordingly
Managing statutory compliances and logbooks onsite
Manage sub contract labour.
Carry out works in accordance to health and safety procedures

Salary & Package:

£42,000.00 Per Annum + Overtime
Monday to Friday
08:00 till 17:00
25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
Pension, Laptop, Mobile Phone
Further Training and Internal Progression Routes Into Contract Management or Technical Manager
