    The Role:
    As a P.E. Teacher, you will deliver engaging and active lessons that encourage students to develop their physical skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.


    Your key responsibilities will include:

    Curriculum Delivery:
    Plan and deliver high-quality P.E. lessons that promote physical fitness, motor skills development, and a love for physical activity.

    Sports Instruction:
    Teach a range of sports and activities, providing instruction in fundamental skills, game strategies, and sportsmanship principles.

    Health and Well-being: Promote healthy lifestyle choices and well-being practices, including the importance of regular exercise, nutrition, and mental health awareness.


    Inclusive Practice:

    Adapt teaching methods and activities to accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and interests, ensuring all students can participate and succeed in P.E.

    lessons.

    Assessment and Feedback:

    Assess students' progress in physical skills and fitness levels, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their personal best.


    Extracurricular Activities:

    Organize and lead extracurricular sports clubs, teams, and events, providing additional opportunities for students to engage in physical activity and competition.


    Requirements:
    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a degree in Physical Education or a related field.
    Passion for physical education and promoting healthy lifestyles among young people.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students to participate in physical activity.

    Knowledge of a variety of sports and physical activities, with experience coaching and teaching sports to students of all ages.

    Commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity in physical education, ensuring all students feel valued and supported.
    Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues to enhance the P.E. program.
