    Taster, qu'est ce que c'est ?
    Taster est une FoodTech innovante dont la mission est de proposer aux gourmands du monde entier une variété de marques digitales de restauration emblématiques (et délicieuses) exclusivement sélectionnées en partenariat avec les chefs, les créateurs et les influenceurs les plus branchés du monde et livrées directement à leur porte.
    Taster est à l'avant-garde de la révolution de la Food Delivery en Europe, amenant le modèle de franchise à l'ère numérique avec des marques de premier plan en matière de livraison, une technologie de pointe et un modèle d'entreprise léger en actifs qui s'appuie sur des plateformes de livraison et des partenaires d'approvisionnement bien établis. Cette approche a permis à Taster d'offrir à ses clients des produits de qualité, conçus pour la livraison, sans compromis.
    L'entreprise a connu une croissance annuelle moyenne de plus de 100 % au cours des trois dernières années et devrait atteindre le seuil de rentabilité d'ici le premier trimestre 2024. Avec un modèle d'entreprise unique et hautement scalable et des économies unitaires enviables (bien au-dessus des normes de l'industrie), Taster a atteint plus de 100 millions d'euros en GMV en janvier 2024.
    Opérant sur le marché mondial de la livraison de repas en ligne, qui devrait représenter 365 milliards de dollars d'ici 2030, et soutenu par des investisseurs de premier plan, dont Octopus Ventures, Local Globe, Heartcore Capital, Rakuten et Battery Ventures, Taster a levé 50 millions de dollars à ce jour pour soutenir ses ambitions de croissance, tout en conservant d'importantes opportunités.

    Tes missions :
    50% Area Management :

    Accompagner les Responsables de Compte dans la gestion quotidienne de leurs portefeuilles clients en suivant les initiatives commerciales visant à booster la performance des vendeurs et générer du chiffre d'affaires.
    Analyser les performances commerciales et opérationnelles d'un portefeuille client
    Construire des reportings directement pour l'équipe Account Management
    Participer à la mise en place de projets visant à garantir l'excellence opérationnelle de notre réseau de partenaires.
    25% Présence internet

    Analyser les pages Google actuelles et identifier les domaines à améliorer.
    Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'optimisation pour améliorer la visibilité et la pertinence des pages.
    Générer du contenu attrayant et informatif pour les pages Google afin d'attirer et de fidéliser les clients. S'assurer que le contenu soit conforme aux dernières meilleures pratiques de référencement.
    Utiliser des outils d'analyse pour suivre les performances des pages en question et générer des rapports réguliers avec des indicateurs de performance et des informations clés.
    Développer des programmes de formation pour former les membres de l'équipe à la création et à la mise à jour de pages Google.
    25% Modération plateforme

    Répondre et interagir avec les commentaires des clients sur Deliveroo et Uber Eats.
    Analyser les commentaires pour identifier les domaines à améliorer et mettre en œuvre les changements en conséquence.
    Vouchering : Piloter un budget mensuel et utiliser les guidelines vouchering pour fidéliser ou sauver un client
