    Description

    TL;DR: Join Kybotech Group, a £30 million turnover company based in Worksop, as our Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Lead. Lead a team in enhancing our websites and driving increased visitor traffic - with the key goal of driving more sales and margin.     Ideal Candidate

    • Someone who is data driven, hands on and loves to get under the hood.
    • Doesn't like to spend time in meetings - this is not a traditional manager role, this is a doing role.
    • Has experience of high ticket value online sales - with a relatively low rate of repeat sales
    • Has optimised websites specifically checkout funnels and product pages.
    • Knows Google Ads expertly
    • Has been responsible for sales targets and contribution margins
    • Has 5+ years in ecommerce/digital marketing
    • Highly market-aware, with a commitment to regularly reviewing competitor offers and strategies to stay ahead in the market

    Job Description:

    • Lead website sales and margin growth

    • Improve website functionality for more sales
    • Manage traffic campaigns specifically Google Ads and SEO
    • Monitor performance metrics, providing regular reports on progress towards sales and margin goals.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years hands on experience in ecommerce and digital marketing.
    • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
    • Expertise in SEO/SEM, email, and social media marketing.
