    Our pneumatic and electric motion systems help machine builders and end users around the world automate and optimise manufacturing and warehousing processes.

    For this newly created role, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of the websites within the Industrial Automation sector of IMI.

    As the Digital Product Owner, you will be responsible for the strategic vision, prioritisation, and delivery of features and functionality that drive value for our users and stakeholders.

    You will collaborate closely with internal and external teams including designers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure the websites meet business objectives and user needs.


    Product Vision and Strategy:

    develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the website, aligned with business goals and user needs.


    Agile Development Process:
    lead the agile development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.

    Experience Optimisation:
    champion user-centric design principles and work with designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

    Driven Decision Making:
    Utilise analytics and user feedback to make data-driven decisions, optimise features and measure the impact of changes.

    Coordinate with the development team to plan and execute product releases, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption to users.


    Performance and KPIs:
    Define KPIs and metrics to meausure the success of the websites. Monitor performance against atrgets and take corrective actions as needed.

    Improvement:
    drive continuous improvement initiatives to ehance performance usability and effectiveness over time.

    Educated to degree level in Computer Science or related field

    Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner or simialr role, prefereably in the development of websites or digital products.

    Strong undersatnding of Agile methodologies and expereicne working in Agile teams.
    Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for develivering exceptional user experiences.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics and make informed decisions.
    Strong project manegmebnt skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), project management tools (e.g. Slack, Microsoft Teams).
