    A bit of history of

    The Luxury Brand:
    The Brand was established in November 2013, the founder has graduated in Central Saint Martins.

    His affordable luxury counts Beyoncé, Dakota Johnson and the Duchess of Cambridge as fans; and sales are soaring by 350 per cent.

    What's his secret? He stuck to his prices, against advice from retailers, having spotted a gap in the market for high-quality womenswear that cost less than traditional luxury brands.

    His goal was to target a wide audience, and reasonable pricing was his linchpin. "All my friends couldn't afford luxury but they didn't want high-street quality... so I believed in this. I was super-focused. Now days, we are on our online store, we are also stocked by Net-a-porter, Luisa Viaroma and Matches. Our collection also available to buy in department stores such as Selfridges, Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus.

    As a Boutique Manager you will:

    • Recruiting and training team member
    • Setting staff targets, motivating them and reviewing their progress
    • Conducting performance reviews and appraisals
    • Maintaining detailed and accurate sales and profit data
    • Building and maintaining client's relationship
