    Lead Generator

    £24,000 PA + Bonus

    Full-time and part-time roles available

We were one of the first alternative lenders in the UK to use technology and now have over 12 years of experience providing small businesses with funding options that meet their needs in a responsible and straightforward way.

    As the economy begins to recover, the UK's SME confidence will bounce back and with that so will the demand for working capital. To ensure that Capify is in a strong position to support SMEs, we are looking to expand our team and appoint enthusiastic and tenacious Lead Generators.

    The role will involve taking lead inbound enquiries and advising on the products and services available with the aim of generating a warm qualified lead to pass to the account management team.

    The ideal candidate will have a telesales/B2B background with a track record of success in this field. Excellent communication skills are a necessity along with the ability to display resilience and tenacity in what can be a very challenging and fast-paced environment.

    We are looking for passionate team players who possess a can-do attitude with the desire to go above and beyond what is needed to thrive within a vibrant, dynamic environment. Expect a friendly atmosphere where your input will have a direct impact on the ongoing growth and success of our business.

    While the role is available full-time it would also suit those looking for part-time hours to accommodate any commitments outside of work and may be suitable to be performed on a working from home basis.
