    Our customer is a top-notch company in the managed print services sector in the UK. They collaborate with international suppliers to provide top-notch solutions that focus on improving the efficiency, upkeep, and performance of their clients' print technology setup.

    They are seeking a skilled telesales professional who wants to establish a long-term career in the industry. The ideal candidate should be able to handle existing clients' needs effectively and generate quality sales leads and appointments for the business development team.

    • Create fresh sales leads in your UK territory through outbound calls to new, existing, and inactive clients
    • Provide efficient account management and explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities to current clients
    • Maintain detailed records of all telesales activities and offer precise weekly reports on the client pipeline and outcomes
    • Participate in sales and product training sessions as necessary
    • Substantial experience in telesales and lead generation, particularly in a technology-related field
    • Outstanding communication abilities, capable of interacting with clients at all levels, including executives
    • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (or similar platforms) and proficiency in delivering accurate and clear sales forecasts and reports
