    Full Time Fitness Tutor andAssessor based in London

    I am super excited tobe recruiting for this incredible Fitness tutor and Assessor rolebased in London for Focus Fitness a leading fitness educationprovider.

    With over 2000 successful graduates youwill be passionate about building relationships with your studentsand spark life long friendships. This might be their individualjourney but it takes a team effort to get them across the finishline and perusing the next steps in their fitnesscareers.

    Offering a variety of different coursesapproved member of CIMSPA and all qualifications are certifiedthrough Active IQ and recognised by employers within the leisuresector.

    A little bit aboutwhat youll bedoing...

    • Delivering andassessing high quality courses in accordance with standardsawarding organisation and inspection expectations giving learners amemorable and effective learningexperience
    • Ensure full compliancewith planning and evaluation requirements including lesson plansand schemes of work. ensuring that differentiation strategies andtechniques are employed in allsessions
    • Thoroughly guide learnersthrough their portfolio enabling them to complete units accuratelyand on time
    • Accurately track allwritten assessments and practical assessments and collate evidenceof student achievement forverification
    • Monitor learners ILPsensuring ILP reviews are actioned as per the timetable and all ILPpaperwork iscompleted

    • Experience ofteaching and delivery in a number of settings including sport andexercise
    • Approachable fair and a great sense ofhumour
    • Excellent presentation communication andICT skills
    • Level 2 Gym Instructor QCFqualification
    • Level 3Personal Training QCFqualification
    • Level3 Award in education andtraining

    Level 2 / 3 /4 in Delivering Information Advice Desirable and Guidancedesirable
    Level 3 Assessors awarddesirable
    Level 3 / 4 SEN QualificationDesirable
    Level 4 IQA QualificationDesirable
