About the Role
Jasmine is looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join us as our Compliance Support Manager. This role is fundamental to Jasmine's mission to provide the highest standards of elderly care. One of Jasmine's key Aims is to have all six of our homes rated as Outstanding with CQC.
You will be responsible for helping to ensure the highest standards of Compliance and Care across our six elderly care homes. This will primarily be achieved by completing regular visits to our care homes to perform Compliance audits. These visits will be followed up with timely and constructive feedback, both verbally and in writing (including action plans), to our home managers and deputy managers, to help them improve their home's compliance. We are looking for someone who can work alongside our home managers, in a positive and collaborative way.
This role is based at our Support Hub in Sleaford, Lincs. However, the role will involve a significant travel to our care homes around the East Midlands (approximately 3 days a week) and occasional overnight stays. It is a full-time role, which will involve working whatever hours are required to get everything necessary completed to a high standard. However, one of Jasmine's values is recognising and rewarding those that do go above and beyond for our residents.

Jasmine Healthcare believes in paying competitive salaries to all its team, as well as additional incentives and thank yous to every team member, for going above and beyond for our residents.
The main additional incentive we offer for the Compliance Support Manager role is a quarterly bonus of 15% of salary based on performance against SMART objectives totally within the jobholder's control.
This role is eligible for shares in the company in time, which are available to all Managers, subject to certain criteria being met over a twelve month period.
We are absolutely committed to helping all team members progress with qualifications and development, as part of our mission to provide the highest standards of care. We pay the course fees for all NVQ qualifications and offer a bonus for all team members upon successful completion of them. For Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care, the bonus paid is £500.
About the Essential Experience you must have
At least three years experience in a management role within the elderly care home sector
A wide knowledge and understanding of the care sector
NVQ 3 in Care or equivalent and willing to study for NVQ 5 and/or 7 (or be a registered nurse)
Computer literacy (particularly email, excel spreadsheets and word documents)
Driving licence and comfortable driving 80 miles or more many days of the week
Live 30 miles of Jasmine Support Hub or within 60minutes drive per google maps
About the Preferred Experience you would ideally have
At least five years experience in a management role within the elderly care home sector; or
At least two years experience in a Compliance role for a group of elderly care homes.
