- Oversee human resources management, Health and Safety, risk management, buildings and project management, and legal and compliance issues.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team and Governors to support the school's strategy and management objectives.
- Utilise strong operational and multitasking skills to address both specified responsibilities and ad hoc practical or technical issues.
- Build close working relationships with all members of the school community and actively participate in school culture
