    They are looking for a Bursar to continue on the success of the school and uphold the high standards that have been set.

    This is a school with great community and culture and needing someone who is energetic and enthusiastic who relishes the challenges that daily school life brings.

    Taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with a willingness to take a hands-on approach when necessary.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the financial operations of the school with integrity and transparency, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Oversee human resources management, Health and Safety, risk management, buildings and project management, and legal and compliance issues.
    • Collaborate with the senior leadership team and Governors to support the school's strategy and management objectives.
    • Utilise strong operational and multitasking skills to address both specified responsibilities and ad hoc practical or technical issues.
    • Build close working relationships with all members of the school community and actively participate in school culture
    • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Governors to achieve the school's aims and strategies, prioritising the best outcomes for pupils and staff.
