  • Work with the Business Analyst and the Salesforce Development team to transform business requirements into functional configuration requirements, processes, workflows and acceptance criteria, which support the delivery of clearly defined benefits to the business
  • Own and manage engagement, change impact assessments and the stakeholder map
  • Lead and facilitate change workshops, focus groups, online meetings and training activities
  • Advise and coach project team members on change management best practices
  • Contribute expertise to the change communication strategy, working with the Communication Manager
  • Provide regular updates to the project management team, CMO and other senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong people management and leadership skills, as well as coaching and mentoring colleagues to support their careers and personal development goals.
  • Key requirements

  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills which engage and motivate groups and individuals
  • Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment, be comfortable with ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Competencies

  • IT literate, fluent in MS Office, MSP.
  • Fluent spoken English, with concise writing and excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to "hold the room" and lead among leaders, whilst considering the soft skills required to build trust with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Strong influencing skills and business acumen
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Confident, approachable and professional manner
  • Pragmatic and thoughtful judgement on risks, issues and escalations

    Inclusion

Freshfields is an equal opportunities employer and all applications received by the firm will be considered based on their merit alone and we welcome applications from all suitably qualified individuals regardless of background. All offers of employment will be conditional on the candidate having/securing the right to work in the UK and providing the firm with evidence of that right (as required by the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006) prior to employment commencing.

Freshfields is a Ban the Box employer. We ask applicants to disclose criminal convictions only when a conditional job offer is made. A conviction does not automatically lead to withdrawal of the offer: we make decisions on a case-by-case basis and take a number of factors into account (e.g. the role you are applying for and the circumstances of the offence). You would have the opportunity to discuss the matter with us before we make a decision.
