    As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a seasoned professional to join the team as a Senior Learning & Development Manager.

    You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning strategies to equip managers and leaders to excel in their roles.

    Key Responsibilities of the Senior Learning &

    Development Manager:
    Design and deliver an innovative, high impact leadership development offering that future-proofs and builds leadership capability from junior to senior leadership levels
    Design and deliver a range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical training, and soft skills workshops
    Designs and implements solutions to ensure the effective delivery of the performance management process to build individual, team and organisational capability
    Oversee the implementation of e-learning platforms and other digital learning solutions to enhance accessibility and engagement
    Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics and feedback mechanisms, making continuous improvements based on data-driven insights
    Stay aware of industry trends and best practices in learning and development, integrating innovative approaches to enhance learning outcomes
    Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative and high impact learning, talent & development interventions
    Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines
    Introduce innovative approaches, including digital learning solutions, to enhance the effectiveness of development initiatives.
