- Landlord & tenant, plus some commercial work.
- Sales and purchases of land, both registered and unregistered, both freehold and leasehold.
- Plot sales
- Transfers of equity
- Remorgages and property finance
- Easements and lease extensions (including some statutory)
- Purchasing development sites, and some experience of option agreements and conditional contracts.
- Engaging in business development initiatives with the team to foster client relationships and build new clients as part of firm's growth.
- Solicitor with circa 5 + years PQE
- Strong Residential Property experience as the work is predominantly focused on this.
- Some commercial property experience is highly advantageous, as you will work on some Commercial property matters.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- A friendly and personable approach with all stakeholders
- A growth mindset of success for the firm and individually
- An innate passion, energy and drive to add excellent value to the team.
- Commercial acumen with a keen interest in business development

The role:
As part of a collabarative, partner led team, you will be working with UHNW & HNW individuals and some SMEs, and larger corporations in the hospitality, media, fashion, financial services, and FMCG industries.
