Walker & Sloan is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the construction industry.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager for our client, a reputable Regional Tier 2 Contractor based in Bristol.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on a variety of projects including education, healthcare, commercial, and residential developments.

Job Description:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites
Manage all aspects of site safety, quality, and productivity
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion
Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure adherence to client requirements
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication

Key Responsibilities:
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, from inception to completion.

You will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in managing construction sites.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on a range of projects and possess the following skills and qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
CSCS and SMSTS qualifications are essential
