It is vital that the individual can deliver outstanding customer service, has a University degree in Business Administration, Legal, Technical or Science related fields, and have - 7 years of professional experience, ideally within a financial servicessetting.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Trading desk, Sales, Management, and IT in a dynamic and varied frontoffice environment
  • Maintenance of all correspondence and files associated with account openings and existing clients including settlement of payments, debtor management and trade administration
  • Responding to client enquiries and providing administrative coordination within all areas of the company
  • Assist Sales with potential compliance requests and other general compliancerelated tasks
  • Support front and management in the implementation and supervision of compliance issues and assessment of KYC
  • Participate and assist in projects in a multiteam environment

Experience / Qualifications

  • A University degree or an equivalent education in business administration, legal or technology / sciencerelated fields
  • 57 years of professional experience gathered ideally in the fields of financial services
  • Fluent English and German
  • French (Desirable)
  • MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant ITskills
