    Description

    ¡Join our team as a Counter Manager at a luxury French beauty brand based in Selfridges, London!

    • Actively drive and increase business by motivating beauty consultants to meet their sales goals.
    • Develop clientele, attract and retain customers, and host events to showcase the brand.
    • Establish connections with local businesses to boost brand recognition.
    • Provide regular reports to the head office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor the team to achieve or surpass sales targets.
    • Encourage cross-selling to boost sales across different product lines.
    • Effectively supervise team members, identify coaching opportunities, and assist with training.
    • Demonstrate product features through consultations, makeovers, and hair product applications.
    • Record customer details in compliance with GDPR.
    • Educate customers about the brand and its products.

    • You excel in leveraging events and promotions to drive continuous business growth.
    • With outstanding communication abilities, you confidently engage with clients and leverage your product knowledge to boost sales.
