    Description

    Role: Counter Manager

    Location: Liberty, London, UK

    Salary (DOE): up to £45k+ benefits

    About the role:

    Partnered with a renowned skincare brand looking for a counter manager. Their primary role is to manage, promote the brand, beauty treatments provided, set and ensure the team meets and exceeds KPI's whilst providing excellent customer service. The candidate must have exceptional leadership skills, comfortable working in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.

    They will be reporting into the Regional Manager UK & Ireland while contributing to brand awareness and retail sales.

    Please note: Beauty Therapist NQV 3 qualification or equivalent is desirable but it is not an essential requirement.

    Responsibilities:

    • and maximise sales through store events, as well as monitor the business to recognise areas of growth.

    • will be required to work a minimum of 3 weekends in a month.
