    Description

    Walker Lovell is collaborating with a premier international law firm in their search for an Insurance Regulatory Associate, based in London. This role is a remarkable opportunity for a motivated Solicitor to join a team at the forefront of addressing complex insurance regulation and commercial insurance issues on a global scale. The selected candidate will be instrumental in providing expert advice on regulatory matters. You will be part of a dynamic team, working alongside seasoned professionals in a role that bridges corporate M&A and commercial contracts, both within the UK and internationally.

    The Role

    As an Insurance Regulation Associate, your responsibilities will include:

    • Advising on a wide range of insurance regulation matters
    • Supporting transactional teams on insurance-related structuring, due diligence, and regulatory change in control processes.

    Professional Qualifications

    • 2-3PQE Solicitor qualified in England & Wales

    Experience

    • Demonstrable experience in advising on insurance regulation.
