    Through our comprehensive regulatory expertise and extensive network of partners, we streamline the procurement, movement, and distribution of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with international regulations.

    As a Regulatory Affairs Associate, you will support the ex-US Regulatory function with the regulatory, operational direction and support at WEP Clinical.

    Communicating with regulatory agencies as needed to support the development of the regulatory database of country-specific information


    • Supporting the team in guiding the business regarding current regulations ex-US in the compliant movement of pharmaceutical products
    • Supporting the team in guiding the business regarding current regulations ex-US in the compliant movement of pharmaceutical products
    • Supporting the growth of the regulatory database of country-specific information with the creation of country summaries
    • As needed, support the team in conducting country-specific research and stay up-to-date with all regulatory changes related to the procurement, movement, and distribution of unlicensed medicines.
    • Collaborate with the regulatory affairs department on various assigned projects
    • Assist the project management team by providing regulatory support.
    Bachelor's Degree (in a health or science field preferred)


    • Basic knowledge or exposure to Regulatory affairs, preferred
    • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
