A Nationwide company is looking for a Field Service Engineer (Security/Alarms) to join their team based in the North of England .

The Security Service Engineer will be instrumental in maintaining, servicing, and upgrading a variety of security systems to meet and exceed current standards and customer expectations.

This role is suited for a technologically adept individual who enjoys problem-solving and is dedicated to delivering outstanding service.

Maintain CCTV, Fire and Security Systems in line with current standards and customer requirements.

Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on a range of security systems, including CCTV, Intruder, Access, and Fire systems, with a focus on leading brands.

Respond efficiently to service calls, providing prompt and effective solutions, remotely and in the field.
Participate in engineering team meetings, contributing insights and feedback.
Pursue personal training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills.
Support colleagues and promote a collaborative work environment.
Participate in installation project and undertake systems commissioning duties.
Experience and comprehensive knowledge in servicing and maintaining security systems, such as:

CCTV:
Hanwha, Dahua, Hikvision, Axis, Adpro Intruder Alarm Systems :

Paxton Fire Systems:
Professional customer service skills and a positive can-do attitude.
Willingness to participate in a Call Out Rota for remote assistance (pay per call).
Strong TCP/IP networking skills and willingness to learn new IT skills.
Current Valid and clean driving license (Essential).
Competitive salary of £35,000 per year.
~ Flexible working hours, Monday Friday, 8.Call Out Rota participation (remote calls only) with additional compensation per call.
