- The role supports the HR Manager and HR Business Partner's in an administrative capacity.
- Provides support and guidance for our colleagues on a range of HR processes in line with our policies and best practice.
- Responsibility for adherence to HR processes and policies to include new starters; contractual changes and leavers.
- Issue appropriate correspondence relative to changes to terms and conditions of employment and probationary periods as required.
- Responsibility for day to day HR administration to include recruitment, on boarding, contract changes, probationary reviews, performance reviews, remuneration and benefits support and induction and annual training.
- Responsibility for ensuring day to day practices are consistent especially in relation to contracts.
- Complete exit interviews and identify actions as a result of emerging trends.
- Responsibility for ensuring careers page and Intranet site is updated and process is consistent across the Organisation.
- Responsibility for supporting the HR Business Partners in our approach to communications and engagement.
- Supporting employee forums as appropriate.
- Have good communication skills and enjoy working with people
- Be committed to pursuing a career in HR

- Be able to think in a structured manner
