- Ensure consistent quality and compliance standards are applied across all sites in line with the internal standards, current legislation and contract requirements
- Lead ongoing control and monitoring of compliance with approved practices and procedures through internal and external audits
- Monitor both subcontractors and site managers QMS processes and prepare clear and accurate reports following site visits by accurately recording any non-compliant works or processes.

Covering various NI projects, the principal purpose of the role shall be to plan, implement and control Quality management systems, to ensure that company systems are compliant with relevant Industry quality standards.
As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling quality management systems to ensure compliance with relevant industry quality standards. Reporting to the Head of Quality & Compliance, you will conduct routine inspections of live sites and units while they are under construction, to ensure high standards of build quality and identify defects as early as possible.
One of the most crucial aspects of this role is accurate reporting of site visits and ensuring works are checked, rechecked and signed-off, prior to the snagging process.The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar position with a main contractor. NB: This role will require some travel to various NI regions. Due to site locations, a full, valid driving licence is required for this vacancy.
