This excellent opportunity will be working within a busy, close knit customer services team with a focus on providing a hands-on approach to order inputting, quotations and ensuring that key account customers receive an exceptional level of support and service.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
STOKE ON TRENT AREA
FULL TIME HOURS
PERMANENT
£23K
THE ROLE
- Customer order entry using SAGE system
- Providing quotations to a range of domestic and international customers
- Carrying out stock check / availability, part number search and identifying shipping location and additional information
- Providing key documents to customers including shipping information, tracking information, PODs and downloading order information
- Resolving customer complaints quickly to ensure customer satisfaction
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Applicants should have the following:
- Proven experience in a highpressure officebased customer service environment
- Ability to work with a number of IT systems
- Strong attention to detail with strong communication skills
- Ownership of difficult issues and follow through to completion including an ability to
