    Description

    A unique and exciting position has come about with one of our clients, a professional services company, in the City.

    ROLE: Print Technician

    WHERE: City of London

    WHEN: Monday - Friday / Fully office based

    SALARY: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum

    START DATE: Immediate start available

    DUTIES:

    • First point of contact for clients and colleagues with digital requests
    • Providing strong advice on the preparation of digital requests
    • Proofing prepared electronic bundles
    • General administration when needed
    • Raising technical issues and providing all information needed
    • Documenting digital workflow and data
    • Provide support to users away from the Print Services room
    • Fostering strong business relationships with the wider firm
    • Supporting the Records Management team when needed

    WHAT'S NEEDED:

    • Previous experience within a Professional Services environment
    • Familiar with print hardware and softwares
    • Knowledge of print processes and and programs
    • Excellent communication skills
    • An understanding of customer care and client relationship
