- Provide friendly and professional food service to customers and clients.
- Ensure all food and beverage areas are prepared in line with legislations and maintain cleanliness.
- Manage health & safety procedures, including food safety checks.
- Lead and manage the kitchen team effectively through communication and performance management.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, supporting apprenticeship programs.
- Manage menus, food production planning, purchasing, and stock management.
- Actively seek and implement customer feedback.
- Up-sell products and demonstrate excellent knowledge of all offerings.
- Contribute to menu development.
- Encourage continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Complete pre and post-service checklists and cleaning schedules.
- Comply with health & safety procedures and standards at all times.
