- Responding to queries from lawyers in Private Equity & Investment Funds and from knowledge lawyers in other teams on a range of issues.
- Researching, monitoring and analysing legal, market and industry developments and trends, and consider how they will affect the team's clients and work.
- Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, with a minimum of 5pqe.
- A highly developed organisational ability.
