    Willst Du Store Manager bei WED2B Lilienthal werden?

    Ein Store Manager bei WED2B zu sein, bedeutet so viel mehr, als nur das Brautmodengeschäft zu leiten. Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für Dein Team und die Bräute im Store, aber Du bist auch für die finanzielle Performance des Stores und die Aufrechterhaltung eines stabilen, gut funktionierenden Teams verantwortlich. Außerdem arbeitest Du eng mit den anderen Store Managern und den Regional Managern zusammen und stehst in Kontakt mit anderen Abteilungen von WED2B. Als kleines internationales Unternehmen sind die Kommunikationswege kurz, und Du wirst in einem eingespielten, zuverlässigen Unternehmen willkommen sein.

    • Bist Du für die Verkaufsleistung des Stores verantwortlich und analysierst und steuerst sowohl die KPIs des Stores als auch die der Mitarbeiter.
    • Leitest Du Dein Team, rekrutierest geeignetes Personal und schulest Dein Team, um bessere Brautmodenverkäuferinnen zu entwickeln.
    • Du unterstützt und förderst Dein Team während des Verkaufsprozesses. Du weißt, wie Du effektiv mit den Stärken und Schwächen Deiner Teammitglieder umgehen und diese in eine gute Leistung für den Store umsetzen kannst.
    • Du sorgst für eine perfekte Präsentation des Stores und einen hervorragenden Service für die Bräute. Du erkennst die Bedürfnisse des Stores und leitest Dein Team, um diese Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen.
    • Du pflegst die Dokumentation des Stores und Deines Personals. Du arbeitest mit dem Kundendienst, dem Lager, der Personalabteilung und dem Trainingsteam zusammen und nimmst bei Bedarf an Sitzungen in Europa und/oder im Vereinigten Königreich teil.

    • Hast Du bereits Erfahrungen als Store Manager im (Luxus-)Einzelhandel gesammelt?

    • Kannst Du auch unter Druck kluge, durchdachte Entscheidungen für den Store und Dein Team treffen?
    • Strahlst Du Freundlichkeit, Vertrauen und Stabilität gegenüber Deinem Team aus?
