    Description

    HOURS:
    Full time, 40 hours per week with flexibility required around weekend and evening work.

    The postholder will be required to travel to and work from any of client/customer premises to ensure the needs of the business is met.

    The postholder will be responsible to the Engineering Service Manager or designated authority for ensuring an effective and efficient provision of an installation, maintenance and/or repair service on the full range of coffee equipment to the customer in accordance with agreed schedules.

    The postholder may be allocated designated areas of work but will be required to be flexible to meet the needs of the business.

    Assist the Engineering Service Manager in the sourcing and testing of parts and equipment.
    Maintain and service coffee machines and related equipment on customer premises.
    Diagnose and repair faults across a wide range of machine types/brands both remotely and on site.
    Prepare equipment for customers coffee specifications and complete installation.
    Refurbish and test used machines in our workshop.
    Programme machines to design and manufacture standards.
    Ensure accurate and timely recording of all job times, outcomes, and parts used on Service App.
    Provide excellent customer service including the resolution of customer complaints.
    Report outcome of complaints in accordance with company policy.
    Abide by all company policies and procedures and ensure that these are implemented in the area of responsibility.
    Participate in staff development and training events.
