- Responsible for operational and business performance of Circle Integrated Care ensuring all functions meet their KPIs budget is achieved. For clarity this includes the Clinical, Operations, Governance, Service Improvement functions. The role will work alongside the Head of Finance, Contracts and Performance.
- Patient Care: to ensure safety and quality of care are prime considerations in all decisions, actions and plans and continuous improvement is implicit in all activity, planning and learning.
- Leadership: responsible for providing effective leadership in line with CHG's purpose, values and behaviours.
- Quality and Governance: fulfil the role of Registered Manager (one of several in CIC); to ensure patient safety is maintained to the highest quality of care standards at all times and the service is compliant with all relevant external and internal governance requirements
- Senior Stakeholder engagement/Escalation point to support contract retention and contract performance.
- Financial Performance: to work with the Head of Finance in creating a budget and support the approval with Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer
- Support the Executive Director in setting the strategy, creating the business plan and business development where required.
- Deputise for the Executive Director as required.
