    CakeResume – a professional headhunting firm in Asia, is supporting aAAA Gaming Studio from Singapore to hire a talented Lead Producer(MMO) to join a new MMO project, working remotely within the APACtimezone.

    As the Lead Producer for a triple-A MMO game, you will play apivotal role in overseeing the entire production process, ensuring thesuccessful development and delivery of an innovative and high-qualitygaming experience.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, artists,designers, and other production staff to achieve project goals.
    Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules, ensuringalignment with project milestones and budgetary constraints.

    Collaborate with the game director and other key stakeholders toestablish and execute the overall creative vision for the new MMOgame.

    Oversee and optimize the game development pipeline, identifying andaddressing potential roadblocks or inefficiencies.
    Conduct regular risk assessments and implement effective mitigationstrategies to ensure project delivery remains on track.
    Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment, promoting opencommunication and teamwork across all departments.
    Act as a primary point of contact for external partners, includingpublishers, licensors, and other relevant stakeholders.


    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:


    At least 13 years of experience in total and proven experience in aleadership role (Lead Producer or Project Lead or Project Manager) on atleast one successful triple-A game title, particularly within the MMOgenre.

    A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as game design,computer science, or business administration, is preferred.
    A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of MMO game mechanics,player engagement, and market trends.

    Proven experience in a lead production role within the gaming industry,ideally with a focus on MMO or large-scale online games.

    Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectivelyprioritize tasks, manage resources, and adapt to evolving projectneeds.
    Excellent communication and leadership capabilities, capable of guidingand inspiring a diverse team in a remote work environment.
    In-depth knowledge of game development methodologies and tools, with acomprehensive understanding of the production lifecycle.
    Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities presented byremote work setups and operating within the APAC time zone.
