Accounts Assistant / Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper experience
Strong user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Knowledge of Quick Books and payroll software would be a plus
Able to work on your own initiative
Local & looking for an office based role Monday - Friday
Team player - Great communicator - High attention to detail - Happy to get stuck in
The Role:
Preparation of weekly/monthly payroll
Preparation of VAT returns
Updating client records
Trial balance, including bank
Control account reconciliations
Filing
General admin duties & dealing with incoming calls
Other Ad Hoc Duties as required.
