This role reports directly into the Head of Commercial.The purpose of the role is to provide all aspects of support to the Commercial Department, both for our UK home market and internationally, specifically managing the delivery of customer orders (aftersales spares & repairs), whilst also ensuring best practice and compliance in all areas of commercial activity.
The Customer Order Co-Ordinator will manage the commercial relationship with customers for all spares and repairs orders executed by the business.
Management of dedicated portfolio of spares, repairs and post design services orders, from cradle to grave. Assess commercial risks to the business and collaborate with colleagues, whilst mitigating and managing those risks.Apply customer relationship management techniques and processes to external relationships.
Attend and lead internal and customer project reviews and prepare minutes.
Seek to learn and understand, as part of your ongoing growth and development, the importance of business risks, terms and conditions, milestone payment plans, cash flow, intellectual property, business agreements et al
Be qualified and/or suitably experienced in a related (commercial\business) discipline.
Have the ability to identify commercial risks and opportunities, and ability to devise mitigations
Have knowledge and experience of MS Office applications including Excel & Word.
