    We are seeking an experienced Employee Wellbeing Manager to join our team at Places for People. This role will be responsible for developing, leading and implementing comprehensive wellbeing programmes and initiatives to support the overall health and happiness of our c.13,000 employees. This is a brand-new role in our People team and is perfect for someone who is passionate about the wellbeing of others and can demonstrate the clear organisational benefit from wellbeing programmes they have delivered.

    We welcome applicants who have proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in employee wellbeing, health promotion, or related areas.

    You will have experience developing and implementing a holistic wellbeing strategy aligned with the company's values and goals, drawing on your experience in designing and executing comprehensive programmes that prioritise employee health and happiness.

    The successful applicant will have experience of working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels. They will have strong organisational and project management skills and will be comfortable working autonomously and at pace.

For this role we are open to discussing the possibility of reduced hours, flexible start and finish times or compressed hours.
