    Role:
    Maintenance Electrician Static Position

    Reports to:
    Supervisor/Service Delivery Manager

    Location:
    Central London Prime Residential Commercial
    • Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, 40 hours per week

    Your Purpose:
    • Responsible for ensuring effective, efficient, and safe operation of electrical, mechanical, and public health systems in buildings.
    • Execute planned and reactive maintenance tasks as directed by the site supervisor and/or Service Delivery Manager, covering routine maintenance and reactive assignments associated with building services.
    • Maintain engineering standards to enhance plant and system operation effectiveness and reliability.
    • Adhere to company QA and site procedures in all activities.
    • Follow Company & Site Health & Safety protocols consistently.
    • Keep precise site records and documentation updated promptly to fulfill KPI requirements and maintain logbooks.
    • Regularly inspect service conditions and proactively address daily issues as they arise.
    • Comply with Company Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.
