- Assist regional BD Heads and SVP BD in researching and identifying potential customer organizations and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate in the development of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Manage the flow of information internally, ensuring seamless communication between teams to improve sales capture.
- Participate in sales pursuit activities, including lead generation, qualification, and nurturing.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and trends.
- Support/ Lead the bidding process, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Compile white papers and other thought leadership content.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards.
- Potentially take on customer relationships as you gain experience.
- Sharepoint / Teams collaboration tools established and maintained
- Capture plan methodology developed, initiated and adopted within S2 Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales pursuit, capture management, and business development.
- Strong analytical skills for competitive analysis and market research.
- Familiarity with international regulations and compliance standards
- High computer literacy, which involves being able to work with Microsoft packages.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, self-management, and organizational skills.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management
- Comfortable in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
- Additional languages proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to travel
