    Description

    Job Description We're working with a rapidly growing ad tech company who are looking for a corporate governance professional to join their team and manage their international entity portfolio.

    It's a 3-month contract, starting at the end of April.

    Project management, liaising with the privacy team
    International corporate governance

    In-depth knowledge of corporate governance requirements for various jurisdictions
    Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
