    Sterling Personnel is currently recruiting for a Network Service Co-ordinator on behalf of our client based in Southampton


    Summary of Position:


    Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a Network Service Co-ordinator to join our client's successful team.

    With offices in Hampshire, Hertfordshire, and Cambridgeshire, the client designs, installs and maintains business telecommunication solutions, document solutions and IT support for customers throughout the UK.


    Duties:


    The main objective of the role is to manage the supply of network services to the client and maintain good relationships and process with suppliers and colleagues to ensure a smooth transition.

    This includes, Place and manage Fixed Line, Broadband, SIP, and mobile product orders using a variety of internal and external systemsInforming customers of new and ongoing orders via telephone and emailUpdating customers with fault progress and timescales regularlyEnsure all internal systems are updated with the provision changesCompetencies Required:
    Time Management SkillsExcellent customer service skillsBe able to work within a team as well as on own initiativeBe able to adapt to changeExcellent telephone technique and mannerExperience & Training:An understanding of PSTN, ISDN, Broadband, SIPAn understanding of Ethernet Technologies desirableAn understanding of PBX / Hosted telephone systems (Cloud)

    £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience
