    To really be successful as an Account Executive, sometimes it's a good idea to get a helping hand where you can.

    Reckon unlocking the contact book of a top international sports person's phone might dig up a lead or two for you?

    Having a global sports star help open up doors with high level contacts is only one of the many ways these guys are helping their team of Executives.

    They have a waiting list of handlers looking to join them, a substantial claims team and access to a network of additional services that enhances what you can actually deliver to your clients.

    Here you can become an out and out specialist if you want to. You know, be the absolute top of the tree within a particular sector or niche.

    These guys have a specialist marketing unit who generate new business plus help you with designing and implementing an ongoing strategy to keep the new business coming in.

    You just need to do your thing and convert it.

    The vibe here is more about creativity, local decision making and collaboration rather than hierarchy, titles and bottom line at all costs.

    Treat people well and the results will come.

    Which is probably why they have one of the lowest turnovers of staff in the Scottish insurance industry.
