- Support customer sales outreach via telephone, email, and meetings to develop and grow sales of ISEB's products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools and customers, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Contribute to data-driven sales and marketing campaigns for existing assessments and qualifications.
- Assist in the launch campaigns for new products to generate sales leads.
- Analyze the market, competitor landscape, and product offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build customer personas and explore cross-promotion and new product development.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy.
- Identify and participate in industry events and conferences to showcase products.
- Create on-brand marketing materials and support sales objectives.
- Assist in school account creation and handle inquiries from schools.
- Champion customer service and ensure best practices are followed.
- Proven sales/account management experience, preferably in B2B and education sectors.
- Track record of successful sales and marketing campaigns, online and offline.
- Understanding of independent education, assessment, or education technology sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and creative thinking abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a drive to achieve ambitious goals.
- Self-motivated individual willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Experience with email marketing systems and data management.
- Bonus: Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce, and/or Academy LMS.

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organised, ambitious Sales Executive to join our team. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager, the Sales Executive will play a key role in growing and supporting our customer base of schools in the UK and internationally. If you enjoy researching the market, planning and delivering lead generation campaigns, nurturing leads, onboarding new customers, creating support content, and engaging in Key Account Management, this might be the right fit for you.
The Sales Executive will have the opportunity to attend industry events, conferences, and meetings with schools throughout the year and must be able to attend staff meetings in London and Hampshire.
