Lettings Negotiator - Cardiff - Up to £22,000 OTE Circa £30,000 (Temp Contract up to 12 months)
This is a truly amazing opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join one of the most exciting and forward thinking companies within the property sector, working on one of the most exclusive residential buildings in the Wales, which is owned and managed by an award-winning FTSE 250 property company

As a Lettings Negotiator you will play an integral part in the occupancy levels of the building.

You will be responsible for the day to day letting and works associated with that, whilst always delivering the highest level of customer service.


Being the largest registered "landlord" in the country, this very successful but still growing business promote diversity within their organisation and are also doing all they can to create more diversity and inclusion within the property sector as a whole.


What you will be doing

  • Ensuring total compliance on Lettings processes
  • Uploading property details and property portal adverts
  • Releasing properties to market upon instruction from Lettings Manager
  • Confirming viewings diary
  • Daily reporting
  • Qualification of viewers/applicants in line with business rules
  • Conducting viewings
  • Monitoring/reporting on competition
  • Responsible for ensuring show flat(s) and communal areas are presentable each morning
  • Key audit on a regular basis

What you will have

  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of residential lettings along with ARLA level
  • Experience of working in an administrative role managing a high volume workload is essential
  • Previous Sales experience and delivering exceptional customer service
  • A strong team player who is selfmotivated, industrious and works well under pressure
  • Detail oriented, able to set priorities, complete simultaneous projects and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proven numeracy skills with a good academic record
  • Computer literate including minimum Intermediate standard when using Microsoft packages, Outlook, Excel & Word
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively in both written & oral, at all levels, internally and externally

What you will receive

  • Up to £22,000 annual salary depending on experience
