    Sales Executive
    Lowestoft, Suffolk (Office-based)

    Our client, a growing company with a global reach, offers unique consultancy and membership intelligence services in the offshore energy sector.

    They are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their team. This role involves selling subscription services to a global customer base, providing sales demonstrations, and handling related administrative tasks.

    The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to learn about our client's products and gain an in-depth understanding of the offshore energy sector.

    Conduct telephone, Teams, and in-person presentations to existing and prospective customers.

    Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.

    Coordinate sales efforts with sales management and technical service teams.

    Plan and organise personal sales strategy to maximise the return on time investment.

    Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and webinars.
    Respond quickly and efficiently to incoming email and phone inquiries.

    Build and maintain relationships with existing customers in person, by phone, and by email.

    Present products or services in a structured, professional manner, either face-to-face or online.

    Listen to customer requirements and present solutions to make sales.

    Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales.

    Manage objections to achieve sales goals.

    Advise on upcoming product developments and special promotions.

    Record sales and order information and enter data into computer systems.

    Review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

    Sales background in an office environment with experience achieving targets.

    Strong computer skills.

    Experience in contacting businesses by phone and in person.
    Bonus after 2 full quarters.
