- Graduate level operational leader/qualified to or working towards an NVQ 4 qualification as a minimum requirement.

- Financial literate with experience of managing project and resources aligned to budgets.
- Good understanding of practical, technical, financial, and qualitative requirement
- Good working understanding of Microsoft applications, especially Excel
- Operational delivery – responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and as per contractual requirements.
- Customer Service – overall responsibility for ensuring best in this area.
- Financial Management – Ensuring the financial integrity of projects across the region.
- Prestart process – responsibility for ensuring the agreed prestart processes are adhered too
- Team Management – Responsibility for the operational team members
- Tender – Support Regional Director & Regional Sales in pre-tender situations.
- Sales – Attend sales meetings with clients to gain greater understand of their requirements.
